Hi,
Happens to all regs, even injection ones. Makes finding over fuelling problems that bit more interesting!
Cheers

Another 3 reasons to bin them...
The diaphragm can crack split or leak
Creates a potential fire hazard
You probably can't get a new diaphragm
With a low pressure system (all carbed Minis) I see zero reasons for a regulator

you can get new diaphragms. was fitted before this new fangled fuel was brought in. and yes i have found them very beneficial over the years. will be replacing it with another but without the filter as 3 in the line is a bit much. also as the IDA does not like much more that 4PSI and the pump i use can supply about 6PSI i find them beneficial. and yes running a pump with less pressure has seen fueling issues at Harewood. but it all comes down to the build and the application.
