Hi All

was cleaning up jaspers engine and engine bay and found G FORGE stamped into his head on the thermostat end.

Engine is a 1380 (or thereabouts not going too technical) stage11 not run in yet rebuild parts by mini speed or sport would have to check with some boxes to be precise.

Any ideas what G FORGE could mean

Thank you

"George" worked on it? Might be an after-market stage-x head? I know some tuning companies put their own mark on blocks and heads ..

Probably who worked the head/built the engine.

I used the stamp the head of the engines that I built with   IEJM. Next to the thermostat. This was partially in case my car got nicked I could identify the engine

I would be interested if anyone has a head with such marks? - Nothing went missing just interested if the parts are still around 30 years on.
