I have an Allspeed subframe with B18 and Skunk intake to install in a 79 Clubman

I wondered how I could minimise the modifications to the bulkhead. Better still not make any mods at all. 

Has anybody any info on perhaps cutting and altering the intake manifold?

Would this affect performance in any way.
