So since I was a bit tight and didn't splash out on a stainless manifold, mine has gone a bit dull over time. I'd like to tidy it up a bit, but I'm far too poor to shell out for heat coating, so is there any off the shelf paint that would do the trick? It seems VHT paint will only stand up to 300 degrees ish, so has anyone had any success with anything else?

I used cheap ebay BBQ stove spray paint on my manifold to tip, has been fine, it is matt black though. I think you could get it in red, white, silver, grey from memory too?

Rust-Oleum stove paint is good quality. I’ve used it on a few big BBQs are 2 stroke exhausts and it’s held up really well.
Cheers guys ordered some Rustoleum stove paint so will see how it does!
