I haven't used that kit, but I have fitted disc brakes in place of drums on a MK 1 Mini.

That is a good kit and excellent value for money.
I have not fitted that actual complete kit, but I understand it is complete and has everything you need.
I am not sure about drive-shaft compatibility if you have an early 850, but all pot-joint drive shafts should fit.

Is there a different outer CV on Mk1's? Otherwise can't see why the drive shafts won't match.

I can't remember, but I sort-of had it in my mind that the early 850 shafts were a smaller O/D at the CV joint. It's a long time since I had an early 850 drive-line to pieces. I could well be wrong about this.

It was a long time ago, but wasn't it one less or more splines ?

The very early 850's had 18 splines on the CV End of the Drive Shafts, but the change to the later (if you want to call it later) 19 spline shafts we all have now was early on, in April 1960. The change was because they shortened the Shafts as well as a change of the Splining for the Unijoint Slip Joint. This was to avoid mixing them up. I doubt you come across a set of these these days.
