Hi;

 

I have built an enclosure for a 10 Inch Sub Woofer to fit in the boot. I have had to do some re-arranging but it all seems to be working out.

Question which way around should the speaker face?

Doesn't matter. I'd probably put it that way so its less likely to be damaged.
Subwoofers are pretty omnidirectional, and it'll never sound great in a Mini anyway to be honest.

Subwoofers are omnidirectional, but the buzzes and rattles they cause can change depending which way you aim it, and the buzzes and rattles will be directional so it's worth experimenting if you can.

I'd secure the spare whekw with a ratchet strap. Then plipo the sun towards it.

Have you got holes in the parcel shelf to allow air movement into the cabin?

There are holes in the Parcel shelf where there were previously some speakers but it now has a carpet on it - should I remove it? What do you mean  by "Then plipo the sun towards it"?
