So my plan is
.scuff up the black paint that comes on heritage panels
.Epoxy prime the whole floor over the black
.seam seal any joints
.Gravitex the whole floor
.Epoxy prime over the Gravitex
.top coat in car colour
That’s my plan from the info I have gathered up please tell me if it’s wrong!!!!

Panel wipe it all.
Epoxy prime it.
Red scotch it all throughly.
Clean again
Upol gravitex it.
Once it's dry, you can overcoat in body colour.
If you leave it overnight or more give it a red scotch, clean then paint. No need to Epoxy over the gravitex.
Another option is Epoxy it, then instead of gravitex use tintable upol raptor 2k stonechip. Pour the hardener in, some body colour then apply.

As per myredmini's post, i would remove the Ecoat, had too many panels from Heritage with spider tracks of rust. Its not worth the grief of painting over this possibility only for rust to come through under the Gravitex.
Also Epoxy primer is water resistant so adding another measure of protection in the event of any scraping etc. But whatever its epoxy first, then Gravitex or Raptor.
Now as for the seam sealant be wary that is does not react with the primer, do a test piece first.
Now if its a metallic paint you are using then there is no reason why you cannot lacquer afterwards.

I normally use a DA with a reasonably coarse grit disc Twisted wire cup will do it as well..

The only problem i forsee using a brush only, is that every coat will need to be well dried before attempting another coat. It will take ages for any coating to go off properly in this weather (unless you have a heated garage)If you could beg , borrow etc a compressor, it would make life a lot easier for you.
I tried Upol gravitex and found it OK but there is a Sikkens body coating available and it seemed a nicer finish. ( sprayed with a schutz gun)
As for seam sealer, Wurth acrylic sealer is fantastic. Very easy to brush a nice factory finish in it with a seam sealer brush. My only gripe is that there isnt much body to it so its difficult if you want to try and hide any imperfections.
One of the other posters talked about using Raptor. I havent used it myself but have seen it used a couple of times with the vehicle coloured paint in it. Its an amazingly hard finish. My brother used it on a rally car that he was preparing for forestry stages so its going to get some abuse.
