If they're the Rover logo'd type they're available on ebay: https://www.ebay.co....bkg-3:rk:2:pf:0

I bought these for my '98 JDM and the local key guy has cut them perfectly.

I'd go straight to the local key cuter, they usually have blanks to suit most things on hand. I know mine have ones that suited my mini at least.

Is it door keys or ignition.
If door I would just try any key you have to hand that fits in the hole. Will probably work

Timpsons at my local Tesco could cut me a ignition and door keys for my 1984 city e(the ignition key was the same as a rover)
The only thing they didn’t have was one for the fuel cap...

If you need a door key and the number begins with FS then put a search on eBay including the numbers . There's someone on there that sell them , about £2.99 each
