I tried to contact the forum regarding log in problems - my registered email address wasn't being recognised for some reason,I tried to change my password without success. I've now had to register another account because I've been emailing for over 2 months to sort this out, but I've had no reply.

Has anybody from admin actually read my post? I have a TMF+ subscription that is currently registered to my original account, which is effectively dormant. Sorry, but this is ridiculous. An acknowledgement of my problem would be appreciated.

Hi, for whatever reason the forum email does seem to be very hit or miss and unfortunatley not all of us are privy to it.

 

Have you directly contacted one of the admin team at all?? If not then ping me a copy of the email you sent to the forum email address and i will see what i can do for you.

sonikk4, yeah I emailed back at the beginning of April, using the email address link supplied - webmaster@theminiforum. I also contacted the email address on the bottom of my TMF+ PayPal payment, when I wasn't getting a response from anywhere else.

If you send your original account details i will try and have a look later in the week. I dont have access to the Paypal account for TMF either.
