I'd have thought the reserve would have been several times more than that. What a bargain, hopefully who ever bought it treats it with respect, thrashes it, but keeps it in good shape.

Says in the write-up that there was no reserve. Blimey, what a result.

 

Reminds me of the guy who bought a Lotus Esprit on ebay for 50p. He thought it was a joke auction, but it was a disgruntled wife selling off a car that was a gift from her husband (all in her name). The sale went through.
