Right then guys, Got a wheel fetish going on at the mo!

on the black GT in the below picture he is running metro GTa wheels sprayed nicely in black with a polished lip, which i think look ace.

Wondered if anyone knew the sizes on the wheels width and diameter??
And also tyre sizes that could be used to fit under mini arches as im looking to get a set for my winter wheels to try and save the revolutions from getting manky.

prob 175/50/13 like all the other 13" rims?
or if they tyres that come on them standard would fit under the arches?
as those tyres are expensive just for winter wheels!!

Also i wondered if anyone had heard of ATS wheels and if the certain ATS Classics would fit a mini, they do them in 7x13 with a 100pcd apparently???

my friend has the ATS classics on his polo n they do look quite nice on that, another friend of mine saw them on his car and wanted them on his mini if i remember correctly the polo PCD is 100 aswell but he had them in 8x13 and finding tyres were hard and then they were streached causing risk of cerbing.
also they are coming from germany so expect a nice looooong wait my friend waited a few months

the metro wheels have a different pcd 94mm i think, only used with engine conversions normally.

Although i will have a full set of 5 13x6 soon that look like this

Cant use 100mm PCD wheels on the mini,
you need 4" PCD.

Hasnt that black clubby got a Honda engine???
If it is the one im thinking of it probably is using the metro subframe.

i looked into getting the ats classics as mini93 says...the pcd may b 4 x 100 but the mini is 4 4" making the pcd too small...also tyres were really expensive

I meant to say the wheels will be for sale ;D

They are 13x6 rimstock alloys with dunlop sp2000 175 50 13 tyres. Full set of five that have been polished to a high lustre, no paint or laquer on them to go bad :dozing:
second pic is of an unfinished wheel, much shinier now.

Will be taking them to Malvern hopefully :-

i gather its a different PCD as the hubs at the front have to be replaced to match the running gear, but what about the back wheels??
same goes for Vtec conversions, what happens to the back drums are they changed to match the front?

Most of them have Alloy spacers for the back wheels which have mini pcd to hold them to the hub and then any pcd to hold the wheels that the owner wishes!
