This maybe a daft question but is there any reason you can't run a motorbike battery instead of a car battery? Cheers

no reason at all as long as your car fulfils all requirements that it needs to. like being able to self start.

Cheers nick, I think it's worth a shot trying based on how small and light they are even when compared to a race battery and there like 20 quid. Il comment on how I get on once I've tryed

just a reminder. if it is a wet battery, in a box if in the cabin.

 

if it cant start the car hot (or cold) it is not compliant with most regs.
