Hi,
I am still breaking 3 Mk2 Mini Metros.
Plenty of parts available from seats, glass, body parts, wheels etc. Still have an A+998 sitting in one of the Metros.

Hello, i am after an o/s metro engine mount bracket if you have one? It's the bracket that bolts onto the clutch end of the gearbox round the end of the starter motor at the front of the engine.

If so, that'll be that horrible bracket that gets in the way when you want to remove an engine

 

I have one that's still in the car that still has the engine in. The other two cars have had thier engines removed and when I did it the easiest way to get around the bracket was to cut through the rubber mounting, as shown in this pic :-( 

I still have the metal parts of the brackets somewhere maybe in a scrap pile but if you want a complete mount it will have to come off of the car with the engine in.

Hello, yes it's the top part shown above going over the starter bendix part of the clutch cover and that bolts onto the engine i'm after and the bolts that hold it on the clutch cover if they are any longer than the mini ones, not bothered about the rubber bit. Drop me a pm ?
