Does anyone know if there are any drawings to help me understand where the electrical relays are meant to be attached and to what brackets? All of my relays just seem to be bouncing around either in the engine bay or behind the dash. The diagrams on mini spares and summerford are frustratingly vague about how they are meant to be mounted.
It's a 92mini Mayfair originally but has an SPi body (I assume it has been reshelled at some point) so i might end up with a bespoke setup but I'd like to have a clue how to start.
Have one on LHS of engine bay by the horn and one on the RHS by the wiper motor.

There is possibly a metal tab at the very top of the drivers side inner wing, just below the bottom rail. It's difficult to see and may even be mistaken for a carpet fixing tab. It's possible it has been bent even further out of view during some other work. The orientation should be horizontal, pointing towards the steering column. There should be a slot in the side of the pink relay that accepts this tab. Mine kept falling off so I bent it slightly upwards once fitted. Maybe a previous owner got fed up fixing it back in, so just tucked it back up behind the dash. Daz.
