Hi
I’m sure this has been asked before so apologies in advance.
Do I need to remove the dash to replace the Rev counter bulb on a 93 SPI cooper?
Thanks

If you remove the vent at the RH end of the dash you can get enough access to change the bulbs, the bulb holders need turning anti-clockwise slightly (looking from the rear) and they'll pop out easily. If your hands are too big find someone with smaller hands to help out!

The vent can be removed by unscrewing the chrome ring, then rotate the vent slightly anti-clockwise and pull it out, then the feed pipe can be removed by twisting and pulling.

The SPI should use a 501 bulb in the gauge cluster.

I know my 1980- 1993 cars do
