A mate is looking to fit a subwoofer in the boot of his car.  It needs to be one of the enclosure ones with a built in amp as it also needs to be removable.

It will also be fitted with a boot liner kit as well

Thanks in advance

If a small amp can be fitted separately, that makes removing the sub much easier (just two speaker wires) and it's amazing how small some class d amps are now!

To remove an active sub you need to disconnect two speaker wires, up to four input wires, a power and a ground and a remote wire!

If you're up for a bit of DIY check out Cole's boot subway box -

I second keeping the amp separate from the sub. You can mount it inside, under the rear seat.

by the way subway boxes are a whole science of their own, so if you're looking to get the lowest, tightest or loudest/boomiest bass possible you're probably going to be disappointed. Options are pretty limited for a mini if you want the boot to be usable.
