My question to all of use that have is what is it like compared 2 a relitivly or standard 998, speed, acceleration, smoothness etc.

Jus a quick one but would like 2 know

I think I had one in 1964, the year the 997 became 998, so I can't be sure. It went very well till I hit a rock in the road and even then the tyre lasted a day before it went flat on the buckled wheel. I did 36,000 miles in a year and in those days its all-round performance was amazing. This doesn't answer your question about comparisons at all but I do like reminiss remiss reminnisc rabbiting on What I'm not so proud of is that I turned down the chance of a 1071 the same year >
