Someone has tested with a sykes pick avant to read the V values of the lambda in a mpi. Recently I bought a Sp and reading my data and those of a friend, the values range between 3.45 and 0.60

Advice for a couple of SP ACR questions.

Which cable is 'best' for an MPI 1999 with SP ACR4
30214600 or 30212400 [ I think one is ISO and the other Plain.?]

also I read on the SPsupport forum about linking pin 4 + 5
has anyone got experience that this is more resiliant to drop-outs.

thanks, Jon

Use 30212400 So called universal OBD lead as it was used for VAG/GM/PSA group J1962. Black plug or the

30214600 which is a later more sophisticated Universal lead also known as ISO9141 lead.

The comment about linking pins 4 & 5 (chassis ground and car grounds) refers only to the official Rover 30214000 lead. White plug.
