Title says it all. This was a long project, and working with fibreglass is kind of a pain, but the end result was pretty good I think.

Sound wise, not great since I wasnt doing any calculations, and I went for a sealed rather than ported design - but hey ANY sub is better than no sub!
To build it, I largely just followed what Cole did here:
moulded the fibreglass base to the wheel well and let it set, then added a few more layers, cut some plywood, made a hole for the sub driver, and screwed it to the shaped fibreglass with some broom sticks cut to length to make the frame:

Took a large cloth and tied it over the frame nice and tight, and applied a lot of fibreglass resin to harden it. Cut off the excess cloth, and cover it in lots more fibreglass and resin to make it hard. Sanded it down to smooth the surface and ensure it still fit, then glued some flooring carpet a neighbour chucked in the bin and viola! One custom sub box for the mini boot!
