I'd envisage that you may be able to paste it in to a regular IMG tag.
However, I'd plead with you not to. Instagram isn't an image host or a CDN, hotlinking images is probably against their terms and conditions and in the long run the forum will suffer when the hotlink is inevitably broken.
For the time being, chucking your pictures on Imgur is probably your best bet.

Agreed. They don’t mind you embedding with the correct code though. I’ve seen it done on other forums. I’ll stick with imgur for now.
