New to forum and have been looking into what engine conversion to do and have decided with the cg13 ? I have a 89 mini flame red that was my second car way back in 2002 and I sold it to an old guy and mentioned to him that if he’s ever selling it on to give me a shout , fast forward 15 years and he appears and asks if I want to buy it back ? I couldn’t say no , Iv scoured the net and found a one owner micra with 42k miles and a full dealer service history (serviced every 2.5k miles) it’s actually a shame to break it , I done a 550 mile round trip to get it (Scotland-Derby) and it drove home without a blip ,
Iv started stripping the micra and thinning out the loom so I’m left with the basics needed to run it , Iv ordered a frame and shafts off of Ryan Legg . Hoping to have it up and running for the summer.

Is it too late to bond GRP classic Mini panels onto the Micra ?
