Apparently previewed at the Bingley Hall show recently another new 145 tyre (since the Blockley was introduced), the soon to be released (in approx.12 weeks) Yokohama 145/10 tyre @ £79.95.

Probably because it is not posted in the 'General Chat' section by the original poster, mind you it is worth becoming a member even if you don't own a Mk1 (I don't).

Not to sound cynical, but there's nothing on the Yokohama website and I don't see Yokohama on the tyre.

Do we know if this is real?

It looks as though the tyre is asymmetric.

That looks like a really good tyre. I guess it is E-Marked.

Although in the dry a 165 section width tyre can give more ultimate road-holding, in the wet and for overall good handling, you can't beat a good 145/80 x 10 on a 4.5" width wheel.
