What settings will i need for a 1380 stage 4 with 286 cam and standard rockers???

Same clearance. If you look on their site, search for product, by car type etc.
It gives you a list of cams and components, click on 296 and it gives you the spec and also recommended valve clearances. Most cam manufacturers will list the recommended valve clearance for their cam either on the paperwork with the cam, or on their website I'd think.
That will assume standard rockers, for higher lift rockers you need to divide the Recommended Valve Clearance by the standard ratio (which I think is 1.23) then times by your rocker ratio. Or, to make it easier
for 1.3:1's = RVC x 1.057
for 1.5:1's = RVC x 1.219
for 1.6:1's = RVC x 1.3
for 1.7:1's = RVC x 1.38
Could do with someone else checking that, as it is only my take on it!
EDIT: by the way 0.40mm is 0.0157" (16 thou).
