If you want to know where those exact one are from you’d best find the owner of that car.

Otherwise ABS Motorsport sell Group 2 wide arches that wrap around the rear valance. https://absmotorspor...i-group-2-wide/

Group 2 arches below from Arc Angels but don't wrap around rear valance.

"These are the traditional looking Group 2 wheel arches with the more defined bolt hole recesses

They measure 1 3/4 inches (front) and 1 1/4nches (rear) from the panel of the car to the outer lip of the arch.   Quality: If its the best quality you are after, then look no further. These arches are moulded in unique way using an infusion process, giving a superb high gloss and flawless finish, meaning you don't even need to paint the arch, saving you money.   The rear surface of the arch also has built up areas, allowing the securing screws to do up tight st there is no cavity at this point between the arch and the car, (many competitors arches do not have this feature, meaning the screws will come lose and the arch will vibrate and potentially damage the paintwork.
This profile is the same as the original S works type arch, it has much more defined holes for the mounting screws. The rear arch ends in line with the seam that joins the rear valance to the rear quarter panel. The arches are available in a black or white gelcoat finish."

Group 2 race arches, wider than the standard group 2's.
More or less the same shape and size as group 5's but with a lip.
Minisport and arc-angel have them. They'll need some fitting no matter where you get them from as all Minis are slightly different, but I guess Arc would be best. No expert as I've only got group 5's on mine from sport a long time ago and I've not finished them yet as life is in the way...

The widths of the Group 2 arch extensions are shown on the FIA Homologation Form for the 1275 'S' Mini and they are correct for G'p 2 at both 1.5" or 2.5" widths.

With regards to Group 5, there is no official definition and under the rules for Group 5, an owner was permitted to add any form of wheel arch extension.

Thus any arch extension which does not comply with the 'Group 2' design is 'Group 5', unless it was an original fitting, as were the later arch extensions.

To use a Cooper 'S' in historic competition, if it is to comply with the FIA Historic regulations, it will need to either have no arch extensions, or extensions which are to Group 2 homologation.
