Was working on the car with my dad and left him to put the hub back on. Unfortunately he misaligned the splines and when he tries pulling the hub back off then the wheel bearing wants to come with it. Anyone got any advice?

It doesn't appear that the seal's been displaced, so it should go back OK.
Align the Splines and push the Flange back in to place, just watch the inner bearing doesn't want to come out as you push the Flange back in.

I'll give it a go, cheers

Misaligned splines (if that is at all possible - only if hammered on with a BFH) should have no effect on causing the bearing inner race and outer pulling out from the flange shaft and hub.
IF the correct bearings have been fitted then the inner race should slide comfortably on and off the flange shaft.
This is where most people go wrong with drum brake bearing fitment. Use matched Mini Original Timken tapper bearings and you will have zero problems.
