I haven't got a micrometer.

The journals look, from the photos, to be in reasonable condition. The real thing is the dimensions and 'roundness'. If both diameters and roundness come out within limits, all it will need is a micro-polish and it'll be good to re-fit with new big-end, main and thrust bearings.

I'll get it measured.
I ll see the haynes manual for the measurements.
Mmm can it be trusted?
I've got the dark blue book and light blue

Although my journals all looked good, i could run my nail across them and it would catch so beyond a polish.
The machine shop as mentioned will determine if they are good and true.
