Drivers flitch panel and A post had some really horrible previous bodges so it is going to have a full inner wing and flitch -

A Red Hot was the finished Mini I seriously looked at buying when it was for sale at a local used car lot. Must have been around 1994 / 1995. Looked great. the Red Hot and Jet Black were great looking special editions.

Doors now repaired and re-skinned. Original drivers door and replacement n/s as original was too far gone. Drivers side floor, inner sill and outer sill now all done -

Great to see another Red Hot still out there! I have one that got a Janspeed update on its way home from the Showroom! Lovely period upgrades and its just turned 9k miles now!. All original body and subframes etc still. Good luck with the project

that reminds me a lot of my mums mini 30 that " just needed some wings " when she went on holiday. Good work mate!
