I've had a bit of hassle getting the head off my 1990 Cooper, first time I've struggled with a mini head, they usually just lift off! Anyway thanks to looking through old forum posts I used various methods and got it free.

The centre front stud was filled up with muck and crap, and made removal of the head really hard, it felt like it was glued on, thankfully not!

Anyway one of the threads got damaged, so I'm thinking to just replace all the studs and nuts, as it feels like a false economy to replace just 1.

I can't find a kit at Minispares that includes the longer stuff for the coil end, so I presume I am better off ordering standard (it's just a road car) studs and nuts separately as below?

4 x CAM150

4 x CAM151

1 x TAM1617

1 x C-AHT287 (10 nuts)

Thanks in advance.

Or buy a set and the TAM1617 on its own as an extra?
