I have a 1994 Mayfair and want to know if I swap my current headlamps for P700's do I need to change the wiring harness and headlamp bowls?
I have seen online you can buy just the healamps or a complete kit.
Any advice please.
Thanks

You might have to modify the sidelight wiring but I'm sure my 93 cars both had Halogen as standard. The dipped, main beam and earth wire are the same from Sealed beam or Halogen.
Hope this is some help.

The kit only has bulbs and a cover for the wiring. The headlamp bowls are the same.

Cheers, I'll start with just the headlamps then and see how far I can get

I swapped my lights over for P700s and look great on the car but you will have to modify the sidelight wiring but it's fairly straightforward once you get into it.

Just a small amount of wiring, to extend the wiring and fit to the new sidelight fixing

Osram Nightbreaker H4 bulbs are great! They really do make a difference. Philips X-treme are supposed to be slightly better, but either bulb will be worth the money.

That's the ones Osram Nightbreakers... I have a set on my Clubman Estate, one can see the difference in lumens and beam spread compared to generic bulbs
