Hi All,

i have removed the head on my 1100 clubby engine and one of the cylinders has a score in it.

i took the head off after i did a compression test and the results were

150

205

210

200

left to right looking at the engine.  the 150 is the cylinder with the score.

Is there anyone in the Peterborough area that you would recommend for an engine refresh/rebuild?

cheers

it will need a rebore and new pistons, plus the usual bearings, oil pump, timing chain, etc.

Why not do it yourself. it's not too difficult once you get started and you just need the right tools.

We are all here to help and advise and if you do need someone to come and take a look/advise, onc eht lockdown is over I don't live far from you and would be pleased to come and do what I can.

I don't know whom to recommend for the mchining in the Peterborough, but I can ask around if you like.
