Evening all,

Currently looking at a 1380 Mini for sale which has a Dellorto carb setup with the breather coming off top of the crankcase leading to a bottle which is mounted where the servo is on standand cars.
The servo has been moved to the passenger footwell.

My question is the above was done as this was setup to be a rally car, is the crankcase breather and associated bottle required if its going to be a road car instead of rally? Secondly if the answer is its required, has anyone been able to fit the breather bottle and servo in the engine bay and do you have a photo so I can see where you've located them?

Yes, you can definitely fit both. The breather can really go anywhere.

I don’t have a booster, but the heater box is about the same size
