Hi again

Im cheking the diagram about turn and hazard lights (from mpi) and im looking that the flasher relay it´s always on? get possitive from battery and when you get + from switch ignition there is another relay that send + to switch, i understand that its for use hazard light without key but could be the flasher after the switch? it doesnt mind the flasher work all the time? or it doesnt like this
