Please can someone tell me the part number of the pipe that runs from the heater take off on the head to the inlet manifold on a 1990 Mainstream Cooper, as seen in the photo below (found elsewhere on the forum):

I've looked on Minispares and Somerford and can't find it anywhere.

Thanks, but I click on no.6, which is a longer version of what I need and it just links to plain pipe, not pre formed like I have. Is that part not available anymore?

This is the actual one I have:

Ahhh you mean: PEH10021 and the other side PEH10022.

I seem to remember PEH10021 is no longer available - took me ages to find one.

Phil.

I was thinking, if I could find a right angled heater take off, (rather than a valve and leave it open), I could use a straight piece of pipe, and I found one, tad expensive!

That’s exactly what I already have, I’d need a right angled one, as above, so it doesn’t bend the rubber pipe.

Expensive for what they are but they're super light and easy to fit

After a bit of searching I found a pre moulded 90 degree heater pipe on eBay.

https://www.ebay.co....AwAAOSwOfdZsRWO

I decided against the DSN one, as the angle of theirs meant the pre moulded 90 degree pipe would not run flush to the rocker cover.

So my Dad kindly made me a custom one from some tube and plate, silver soldered it together, I painted it and it works a treat, see photos...
