Probably a simple one.
I needed some tie rod washers and put both the dishes and flat ones on the order. Which washers are used for what application?
I am running the polybush (well 50/50 polybush standard setup) as I had a spare set in the toolbox, I know they’re not ideal but it’s what I had to hand, with HD tie rods.
Which washers should I be using?
Thanks.

IIRC you use both. Curved to the rubber and then the flat one. Then the nyloc.

IMPERATIVE that you use both. The thick flat washer provides safety. Without that the thinner dish wash can collapse and the tie bar pull thru the subframe resulting in collapse of the wheel and loss of control.

I haven’t actually looked at instillation yet, I’m sure once I get hands on it will all become apparent.
Thanks for the input once again.
