Hi I have an MG metro 1275 engine and I have some twin HS4's I want to try, can anyone recommend what needles (swing biased) I could use as a staring point to get me in the ballpark before rolling road?

Thanks in advance

Hi Brad, my 1380 has twin HS4s and ive got AAA in mine. But all cars will be different. I need to try AAB in mine.

Stick the Twins on your 1275 with the AAU and see what happens. You'll get it running, then you need to find whats best on the RRoad.

That's good advice, I'll stick em on and see what happens, many thanks, if it's good enough to get me to the rolling road that'll be fine

Ok, put the carbs on today and it actually drives amazingly well, considering I've done nothing but bolt them on, checked mixture with colourtune, looks nice and blue, drives well, just a bit of overrun when you turn off?

Lean off the fuel slightly on both carbs, might help with run on. Run on also depends if you drove the car instead of let it idle on the drive way.
