Hs4 Breather Pipes

As per title could someone please point me in the right direction,do I connect the tappet breather to air filter and carb using a t piece or similar or do the route somewhere else see pics It’s my 1979 850

Just route it directly to the carb connection you pictured

Thanks for that wil do what about air filter do you just fit blank?

That hose connection point on the air filter was always unused and open on all the cars I've seen.  It may had a hose connected there on something with an A series but I don't know what.

 

As Cal844 says just route it straight to the carburettor.  For ease use the correct hose with the right sized ends.

Also check you have a Vented Oil Filler Cap fitted,
