Hi all, just looking at carpet options....??‍♂️

MiniSport - £233 (Moulded)
MiniSpares - £209 (Moulded)
Newton commercial - £240 (Moulded)

I'm assuming the first 3 are all exactly the same kits.

Optimise Automotive £210 (not moulded)
(Close cell foam backing)

Kingsman Covers £100 (not moulded)
(Soundproof felt kit an extra £50)

Or about £35 for a really cheap set.....

As you can see quite a range there.
What are peoples opinions? Anyone have experience with Kingsman or Optimise automotive carpets?
The Kingsman set seems a good price if its decent quality???

My experience with a moulded set from Mini Sport was it didn't seem to be moulded for my clubman and was sticking up and lifted in all the wrong places. Put up with it for a while then ripped it all out whacked a shed load ot sound proofing to everything and fitted a Moss Budget set for about £40. With just those 8 fastenings along the edges fitted really well and looks fine 12 months later. The actual carpet wasn't as nice as the expensive ones but it's black so really doesn't show unless you get up really close.

I can only speak for Newton which seems to be decent.  Moulded in the right places and hard wearing, though it's only been in for 6 months.

I can only speak for Optimise but I've had quite a range of things from them and they have all been excellent quality including the carpets.

The Optimism one looks good and I've heard good things, but it seems expensive as it's not moulded....? could just pay an extra £30 and get a Newton....
But thanks for all the feed back so far.

The one sold at Minispares (at least the most expensive one) is by Newton Commercial, as they do with other trim items. Had it fitted in my car and remains perfect after 3 years. Although same price, sending directly from Newton was much more expensive, at least to Spain, that's why I bought it from Minispares together with some other things.

If you decide to purchase this one pay attention because there are different shapes available depending of the gearbox/floor type.

9 years for my Newton set, still maintains its shape when removed and fits perfect. Definitely worth the money.
