Had to trailer it there myself but they charged me £250 for a clubman shell, 2 doors, boot, bonnet and 2 subframes + all of it etch primed.
Was all done in a day - Dropped off at 8am collected at 4pm.
If you need a trailer I have a flatbed mini-sized trailer that you can hire for £20 per day

when its been blasted, does it not make the metal all rough? therefore making it hard to get a decent smooth finish with the paint?

no it gets the metal smooth not rough, and yeah, grease and dirt just gets rubbed away buy the sand.

they said they cant get the plastic stuff off the floor (inside),
and they dont do the big body panels (roof, rear quaters) as it can warp them. But they got all the rust off.
If you are going to get it done, and your going to replace panels (such as the sills) then remove the old panels before they do it so they can get underneath the panels, i wish i had removed the sills before hand, but i did remove the scuttle, A panels and rear valance.
