Which plug to use? Resistor or non? I’ve been told that the use of resistor plug helps reduce the effect of EMF on electronic ignition systems. I’ve used both and haven’t noticed a difference on the old ‘butt Dyno’. Thoughts?

I think it depends on the ignition system you have and what leads you have. I cant remember off the top of my head. I use megajolt on my mini and I use resistor plugs

Not a Mini but similar an MGB.I use Megasquirt on this and resistor plugs are a must.Non resistor causes resets and RPM spikes.Electronic ign suppliers should give advice.Steve..
