Fully rebuilt Rover Mini.

This was for sale a couple of years ago but didn't sell and I've run it for another couple of years as it's great to drive.

I have had this car for around 6 or 7 years now,  since it was fully rebuilt.

MOT - a full year ( done 25/8/2020 )

74 702 miles

Mechanically this car is epic. The running gear was all new or refurbished at the time of the rebuild. The shell is solid but is bubbling in cosmetic places.

Spec:

Shell striped and painted by Custom Coach Works Eastbourne

Zeemax body kit

13" wheels

Engine rebuild 2017 - Jon Wood Race Engine's ( previous rebuild at the time of the complete car rebuild was by Brigham engines and left a bit to be desired so rebuilt properly)

A-Series

998+20 thou

66bhp on rolling road

Gearbox just rebuilt 2019

Quick change gear stick

Fully adjustable front and rear suspension including hi-lo's

Full Maniflow exhaust system

All break and clutch system replaced 2016

Front calipers reconditioned by Classic Car Automotive

New rear brakes and all new pads

Sparco Pedals

Motul 600 brake fluid.

Suspension set up by CCK: https://www.cckhistoric.com/

Sound System:

Pioneer mixtape DAB+

2 Hertz tweeters

2 Hertz Speakers

Genesis Sub

Punch 60.2 AMP

( I think the woofer has an issue as it booms - more than it should!)

Faults:

The bodywork is starting to show bubbles in a number of places and frankly needs tidying up. That is reflected in the price and the car is supplied with some of the the correct Glasurit paint.

The speedo does not light up.  When the dashboard lights are on the speedo does not light up.

The Car was a Cat-C at some point in its life however, has obviously been fully rebuilt.

Central locking system only locks passenger door.

Oil pressure gauge does not work.

-------------

This has been a great car for me and has been used since I passed my test.  It has been good for insurance as it is a 998cc and a classic car.

It will be sad for me to see gone, but has to be done.  If you have any questions please ask, and if you are wanting to look let me know. Open to offers!
