Does anyone know the difference between these two Maniflow systems?.
Are there any advantages on using the RCM system over the classic setup?

I intend to use this on a 1275 carb cooper with a stage 3 cylinder head, HIFF 44

Maniflow is a reputable company I believe their published test figures. Having said that, we all know that tuning is a combination of factors; carb, needle, camshaft, head, intake, exhaust, etc. I use their stage II header with the RCM exhaust and like it. The engine is basically an air pump and the more air in/out, the better the performance. Baby steps.

Is the RCm system too loud?

No, but then I'm inside the car. ;D  Seriously though, I've run everything from Peco to Maniflow to RC40 and from the standpoint of noise I can't tell the difference but I do think you get a slight bump in performance.
