Evening all, just got my hands on my first mini in 20 years, a 1991 mini cooper (according to the vin plate) so I am about to start on what will no doubt be a journey full of frustration and head scratching :)

There are 5 that I know of, mine is LHD imported from Germany and at least 2 are imported from the UK. It is easy enough to import them but costly, I looked into it last year and a purchase price of 5k ended up around 11k after all the taxes/shippinf/VAt was added. Even getting spares is mad the shipping alone of floor pans and sills is more than the cost of flying there are bringing it back myself haha If it wasn't for covid I would do just that.
