Hello

Here are my 1962 Austin Seven Van

This Mini has been left outside a barn since the 70s.
It was found in the middle of Norway this summer.
It looks very bad, but it’s only the front floor that got a big rust issue despite it has been parked on dirt without wheels.
This Van is a bit more special than an normal van since it has a Countryman floor and factory fitted rear seat.

This summer I also bought a 1964 van that also needs to be restored, I don’t know which I will restore first, but it will probably be this one.

Good luck, it will be nice to see this restored. What are you thinking? Standard or modified?

Thanks

This Van is going to be restored back to 100% original.
I don’t know what sort of company bought this new yet, but I will probably recreate how it was in 1962 with the company logo.

Like the little window.

My 1961 van was bought by the original keeper due to there being no tax to pay on it.

Used to get yearly check to make sure no Windows or rear seats.

Have a letter from original purchaser as I got the old buff reg doc with mine..
So much fun finding out about the history of the van as I restored it..
