As I said previously I had the same issue and replacing the master cylinder cured this. As there are no leaks anywhere is change the cylinder

Did you change the whole thing or rebuild kit?

I just changed they cylinder as its quicker than rebuilding. By the time you rebuild then refit the cylinder and bleed the brakes you could be on the road.

Very surprised by this as it tested ok

However glad to hear its now repaired

I fitted a new rebuild kit and servo pipe.
