I’ve been offered this at a descent price will it work or cause me issues ?
52mm metal burlin fuel throttle body on a ported inlet.
Also has a fuel pressure regulator on it too.

If the price is right, then it will be satisfactory. I believe you need the head modified to take advantage of it and then the benefits are questionable. You will be making another changewithout knowing the status of the rest of the system.

As you are trying to resolve an issue with the stock 48, I would try to resolve that by fixing the stock one, unless it is so warped you cannot get it to operate correctly.

That does make sense actually sort the actual issue out before changing out things, if I shut the throttle it’s literally stuck shut!! Tight I really have to force it open, if I sand the butterfly until it’s smooth would this work, I thought it had to be a good seal in the throttle body ?
Thanks for you’re help

The are sellers on ebay that sell used TBs.

This person breaks MPI Minis, but it looks like he does not have any TBs at the moment.

And you take a chance that it will eventually cause an issue a well.

If you were in the US I would loan you one to sort things out.

Bigger TB doesn't mean more power.you actually slow port speeds down and can actually reduce torque. It needs to be balanced with the right head and cam.
