As opening lines go, I guess they don't come much finer than 'There's 86 estates in S Block with no f***ing seats in them'  :lol:

"These videos were taken on the South Works in late 1992. At the end of that year, both North (Rover 800 assembly at the time) and South Works (Maestro & Montego paint and assembly) were sold to Arlington Securities for redevelopment. South Works starting building cars in the 1940s, after the war. Marina and Ital preceded Maestro & Montego. It is now as business park, home to Oxfam.
Maestro & Montego production was transferred to what was called the Body Plant at the time, now MINI Plant Oxford, where limited production continued until the end of 1994."
