The Originals as the other guys have said, were 3/8" UNF, however, some of the new types are M10. I would think those marked AP would be imperial though.
It can be hard to pick the difference between M10 and 3/8" UNF, however, they should never be interchanged as there's around 0.5 mm difference between them. Try a Bleed Nipple in a good wheel nut, if it fits, it's 3/8" UNF, if it doesn't, then M10 x 1.0.

Would the rear wheel cylinders be 3/8 too?

The originals were 1/4" UNF, but all the replacements I've had in the last 20 years or more have been either M6 or M7.

Yes as Moke says above. The nipple was 6.2mm (1/4 in) and is now a 7mm head

Youve confused me with the head size. I just want to know the thread and pitch size, is that still 1/4 unf?

1/4 UNF

It it's to replace the nipples the safest bet would be to remove 'em & test in a known thread. Plenty of 1/4 & 3/8 unf nuts on a Mini.
