Going to make my own bottle now Ive lost the space to fit the remote brake servo.

Will have an external pump.

Needs to be small <500ml but not thin and long.

Currently thinking small kids stainless steel drinking bottle.

Any ideas?

Depending on the space available, maybe a reusable coffee cup? Or even a jam jar?

How about a Tropicana bottle, with a hole drilled in the cap, they are made of very thick plastic.

Any thick plastic bottle would do, or send some drawings to an alloy welding specialist

I’ve seen this sort of thing done at a few VW shows before, along with red bull cans over ignition coils. A WKD blue with some blue washer fluid is a bit Jeremy Kyle but could look quirky

I like the Jack Daniels idea, might be an issue if it freezes

Buy a decent screenwash that goes to a low temperature

On a similar note, does anyone know the diameter of the standard early tudor washer bottle? https://www.minispar...sic/GWW918.aspx

Mine is completely missing so don't have it for reference, but I quite like the idea of finding something quirky like an old rum or whiskey bottle that's the same/similar diameter, so it could fit into the original mounting  :proud:
