Hi
Rebuilding the Mpi engine and have Swiftune SW05 cam, minispares duplex gear, MED 1.3 roller rockers.
No details with cam or rockers.
I measured cam timing dot to dot 105deg, bought 2 deg offset Woodruff, checked and we're at 106.5deg. I was aiming for 107 by my research.
I thought maybe a touch near the bottom end of the range here when taking any potential stretch into account.
Any advice, I'd rather not do it again if possible but if it's for the best then no problem?
Valve clearances 13 thou ok?
Thanks
Paul

I'm sure the SW5 paperwork says it needs to be 15 thou.

I think you need to talk to Swiftune as it's their cam.

Just to update in case anyone needs it, I spoke to them today and they are sending me the leaflet that should have been in the box (may well have been )
Response was as follows for figures though
Range is 106 to 108. For an MPI the 106.5° timing will be fine, even taking into consideration the chain slack that will occur. Your tappets should be 0.015” with those rockers.
