Metal Tab Identification

Best Answer Gilles1000 , 10 January 2021 - 10:58 AM

I think it's a bracket for the hydrolastic front-to-rear tubes. Seen that on pictures of older Minis.

Not used in your car; I have it too on mine.

1979 1275GT Shell.

Morning,

Can anyone ID what this metal tab was used for? Sits on the underside of the car, middle of the rear seats.

Thanks in advance!

Adam
